May 4 - Weekly Goals

Hi Everyone!  I'm back in the states and can't wait to share some travel-related posts with you.  I have a whole week planned out with different travel topics next week.  I hope you enjoy!  If you have any specific questions or things you'd like me to talk about, please let me know or send me an email!

For now, I wanted to share one picture from each country.  They were all so beautiful and it's impossible for me to say which was my favorite!

I'm off to the dentist this morning (WHY did I schedule an 8AM appointment to get a cavity re-filled the day I got back?) so I'll leave you with my plan for the week!

Monday : 4.5 miles
Tuesday : Centergy
Wednesday : 40 minute tempo
Thursday : Power + 3 miles
Friday : Spinning
Saturday : 5 miles
Sunday : 10 miles

Hope you all have a great week!

    1. Spain is incredible! I highly recommend it. I would suggest visiting Mallorca for a beautiful, authentic experience, or staying on the mainland for more variety!

  4. I'm so glad you had such a fun journey. The pictures are beautiful. My first glimpse of Demark was the red tiled roofs as we were flying in. Loved it.
