FALL Part 137

Hi everyone and Happy Monday!! I'm excited to share my week of workouts today, because it's one of the best weeks I've had in a while. We were blessed with some gorgeous weather during our peak leaf time (hope you aren't tired of all the pics I've been sharing lately...promise it's almost over), and I definitely took advantage! Without giving any more away, here's a look at my week-

Monday

10 min Lower Body Strength with Selena

Good workout to kick off the week! This was my second 10 minute workout for the second week of Spooky Booty- it's all longer from here!

30 min Alicia Keys Ride with Jess

I was really excited to see that Alicia Keys was chosen as the next Artist Series because she's one of my all-time favorite singers. I started listening to her back when her first album came out and fell in love, and her music still gives me goosebumps. I'm not sure if this is the best music to get an intense workout, but it was a nice recovery ride for me.

Tuesday

15 min Glutes and Legs Strength with Jess

Jess always has such hard workouts and this was no different! We really didn't stop at all once the workout started and I was SO tired after it was finished.

2 mile hike

Once Dan got home from work, we immediately headed to the park for a little hike with Selma. It was gorgeous out and all of the trees were in full bloom. The sun was also out as well so we had a great time out there!

Wednesday

20 min Rock Run with Andy

My legs were pretty stiff from yesterday's tough workout, so I took this run easy. It just felt good to be out there and it was actually a little warm out! Got to enjoy these days before they're gone, right?

30 min Hamilton Ride with Robin

My all-time favorite Peloton ride was Cody's Britney Spears ride, until this week. This Hamilton ride just blew away Britney and was SO. MUCH. FUN. I was just planning on taking it easy since I've been working out a lot, but as soon as the first song started I just couldn't slow down! I sang along to every single song (sorry Dan!) and felt like the class was over way too quickly!! LOVED this.

Thursday

15 min Glutes and Legs Strength with Chase

Honestly, this was not my favorite workout. Chase just doesn't do it for me, and I always feel like we spend too much time resting and the actual work isn't intense enough. But- this helped me finish off week two and felt pretty good.

30 min Alicia Keys Yoga Flow

It's been a while since I've taken a yoga class, and I kept feeling my attention drifting away from this! I'll definitely have to try it again when I feel more focused, but it was a fun class and I loved the music obviously!

Friday

4 miles hiking

A few weeks ago, my friends and I decided to schedule a vacation day during peak leaf time to go for a hike. Today was the lucky day we picked, and we ended up with a GORGEOUS day. We decided to go to McConnell's Mill, which is pretty close to us, and did the Kildoo and Alpha Pass trails.
It was so beautiful with all of the leafs changing colors and the water rushing alongside us. After our hike we headed to Union Brothers Brewing and ShuBrew for some outdoor beers!

Saturday

13 mile bike

What a perfect day for a bike ride! We were definitely blessed with some amazing weather this week, and I took advantage of it with a fun bike ride with Dan and our friend Alexa, followed by the beer garden at Hofbrauhaus. It's been so long since I've been there and I was so excited they had a pumpkin dunkel..yum!

20 min Barre with Hannah
Week three of Spooky Booty starting with a workout I've done before. It was actually way easier the second time around, but seemed to go on forever!

Sunday

30 min 90s Rock Fun Run with Selena

Got to enjoy a nice chilly day for this run, and I enjoyed the playlist a lot. It went by really quickly, and makes me want to start running more miles again! I've been cutting back with all the other exercise I've been doing lately, but it might be time to kick it up again.
